Shropshire Bake Off 2023 Winner!
I designed and entered my "Waiting For Santa" cake, a spiced chocolate cake designed to look like a mug, along with a carrot for Rudolf and a Gingerbread man and mince pie especially for Santa when he arrives on a busy Christmas Eve, to help him on his way.
