A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your order. The remaining balance must be paid in full on collection or delivery of your order.Designing Your Cake
Meirwen will do her very best to replicate your selected design as closely as possible. However, Meirwen may need to make adjustments to the design for structural stability or aesthetic reasons. Design changes may be made until two weeks before the specified date and will be charged accordingly. No changes can be made less than two weeks before the delivery or collection date.Collection / Delivery
Please schedule your pickup or delivery time accurately. If you are going to be late, please contact Meirwen as soon as possible. If you fail to pick up your order on the day of delivery, it may be sold to another customer. Requesting delivery to a location may be subject to an additional charge.Hire
If cake stands are reqired then a cost will be incurred and a deposit paid which will be returned on the return of the item.Damage
Meirwen, or any of her agents, are not liable for damage to the cake once it has left their possession. If your cake is damaged during transport, you must contact Meirwen as soon as possible, she may be able to fix the cake for you, but this may incur additional fees.Allergies
Clients are responsible for notifying Meirwen of any dietary restrictions prior to placing an order. All due care to keep allergy-prone ingredients out of the cake will be taken, but it cannot be guaranteed that the cake will be 100% free of allergens.Refunds
All sales are final. If, however, you are dissatisfied with your cake, you must notify the bakery within 24 hours of delivery, as we do offer a money back guarantee providing the cake is returned in the original packing.By paying the non-refundable deposit, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
