I requested for a special jubilee cake to be made as a raffle prize along side cupcakes that would be sold on a Jubilee pony club special activity day at Biglands Hall, I asked for a 3 tier cake but I would also need to be able to transport it 3 hours to where it needed to go.
The cake was magnificent in both appearance and taste, it was every inch perfect for a jubilee cake from the hand made edible crown on the top to the amazing light and fluky sponge cake, the cupcakes were also delicious |

I have enjoyed Meirwen’s cakes for years. Over the years I have had sponge cakes, cream cakes, flapjacks, millionaire shortbread and many more all of which have been exceptional. I have taken the baked treats in to the hospital I work at and all staff have nothing but amazing feedback for them. No matter what dietary requirements have been needed Meirwen has catered to these and the quality has not been compromised. Would give more stars if I could!

Meirwen has recently not only made my 5 year olds daughters birthday cake and 4 incredible trays of cupcakes for all her school friends but she has also made the most incredible 3 tier wedding cake for our big day last Saturday!
Her attention to detail is just fantastic and the results speak for themselves.. if I could give more than 5 stars then I would ! |
